I do not think they want to be logical. In any country where a man is on vacation, their reasoning is never present because the main focus is to have fun. Living in DR is a lot cheaper than living in the US, France, England, Puerto Rico, and even Mexico. Male tourists in the DR feel more powerful because they can get their way using money. However, DR women also know the game and only fall for the trap is the money is good.

Why not liquid propane as your food truck cooking energy source? so you don't have to rely on a power hookup. Is liquid propane not allowed in the DR or super expensive?

Wow 6k - 8k for a whole completed food truck/van that is crazy cheap. Here in US on the used cheap end it's 35k. Maybe a even better business is to export the whole food truck from the DR to the US to sell them lol

These residences are beautiful. The amenities look amazing as well. Looks like a place I would love to purchase and come to about 6 months or so out of the year with my wife. Are there services available to check up on the property if it’s empty for a few months out of the year?

Curious if you know how hard is it to open a small restaurant in DR as a foreigner? Here in usa especially in california where i live there's so many different regulations and permits and licenses you have to get. Was hoping DR is easier to get a small food location open without the need to get 7 different permits and 2 licenses like in usa , maybe 1 - 2 permits and 1 license and that's it you're good to open , well i'm hoping the DR is more like that.

I don’t want to eat US products in DR 😂😂😂😂 but I understand that when you actually live there, you miss the comforts and quality of some home products

If you want US products you will pay the same or more. If you go to the butcher and local fruits and vegetables markets you come out much cheaper. Supermarket isn’t too bad for those things either but going to farmer market type spots and local butcher, you will save a lot of money. But that’s anywhere in the world.

I had a Dominican girlfriend that lives in Santo Domingo, if you get the right one, she will treat you right, I love Dominican women but you have to keep your head on a swivel because they’re some tricky women lol
